This is what you need to do:
- You can terminate your agreement with immediate effect.
- Send us a mail at help@orderbird.com from either the person who signed the contract or the managing director.
- Please indicate the tax ID of your company as well as the cancellation reason. We will then forward your request directly to Worldline.
Your advantage: Since you have no running costs, the agreement ends for you without any additional charges!
We will take care of the rest for you. Once you have received a final confirmation email from orderbird Pay, everything is done.
