Whenever a customer wants to obtain a device, hardware accessories, or additional licenses, point out that they can also purchase devices, accessories, and device licenses on their own in MY orderbird under "Shop & Licenses".
Payment is made via the stored SEPA mandate or by bank transfer, depending on what you have deposited in your account.
