How can I add another branch or a new account with Nexi Germany?

Have you expanded and would like to use card payment with Nexi Germany at your new location as well?

If so, take advantage of the Nexi Germany branch registration: With this registration, you can view all your branches at Nexi Login, giving you a comprehensive overview of all your accounts. Additionally, branch registration is processed more quickly at Nexi Germany.

To qualify, two requirements must be met:

  1. Your new location must have the same company name as your existing Orderbird account.
  2. You must already use card payment with Nexi Germany at your initial branch.

Let's go

  1. To initiate your branch registration, please contact your Orderbird sales representative or email us at help@orderbird.com. We will need the location address and bank details for payments.
  2. You will receive an email from us requesting the necessary information. Once we have received all required details, we will send you a PDF form via email. 
  3. Please print, sign, and return the form. You can send the signed document by email or fax, ensuring the pages are legible and complete. 
    Note that a POSTIDent is not required for branch registration.
  4. After submission, you will receive an email with your Nexi Germany ticket number, confirming that your registration is being processed.

Once Nexi Germany confirms the successful registration, we will activate card payment for your new location in your Orderbird account.
