Which printer models work with orderbird PRO?

Have you been offered an old printer and want to know if it works with orderbird? Then you've come to the right place! Good to know: Epson printers can also be purchased in our orderbird shop, on MY orderbird under “Device Order”.
Let's get started!
We exclusively use printers from Epson because we have had good experiences with these devices. If you buy the devices from us, we deliver them all pre-configured. So you don't have to worry about configuration: just plug it in and get started!
Notice on purchasing via third-party providers
If you do not buy your printer directly from orderbird, additional settings may be necessary for the printer to work with your orderbird cash register.
In this case, please contact our support team (hilfe@orderbird.com) before setup so that we can check whether your printer is compatible and which settings need to be made.
Which models are compatible?
We have already delivered these Epson models to a large number of customers themselves:
- Epson™ TM-T20 (I–II) LAN
- Epson™ TM-m30 (I–III)
Are there alternatives?
Yes and no! The following printer models might work, but cannot be supported by us as we do not use or test them ourselves. Accordingly, if you purchase them, we cannot guarantee that these printers will function smoothly and/or fail-safe:
- Epson™ TM-T90
- Epson™ TM-L90
- Epson™ TM-P60
- Epson™ TM-P80
- Epson™ TM-T88IV
- Epson™ TM-P20II
- Epson™ TM-P20I
- Epson™ TM-L100 (Label printer)
- Star mC-Print3
Network connection only
If you want to source the printers yourself, make sure that these printer models have a network connection!
Serial printer connections, USB connections, and Bluetooth are not supported.

Any printer that is not from Epson!
Furthermore, these Epson printers are also not supported by orderbird:
