How can I make any changes with Worldline?

Do you want to change your bank details, address, or the clearing name for your orderbird card payment with Worldline?

Just get in touch with us! For all changes to your contact details at Worldline, such as an address, business name, bank details for your payouts, or clearing name for your guests, we will advise Worldline for you. Please email us at help@orderbird.com with your change request.

You will receive a form from us if you want to change your bank details, address, or business name. Fill in the new bank details, address, or business name and sign it. Then, please take a picture or scan the signed document and send it by email to help@orderbird.com. We will forward it to Worldline for you to process. Please note that the processing time can take up to 48h.
